Treat it like your own. Our thermostat is locked during the summer months: May-September. The lowest the temperature can go is 74 degrees. With Arizona’s high temperatures the AC unit will freeze over if it’s lower. We do not allow any more guests in the home than what is listed on the booking. Our garage is not available for parking. Other things to note No more than 5 cars parked at the home. Yes, we really truly do not allow any kind of smoking. Even though it states we do not allow smoking in 4 other areas of our listing I am writing it again to let you know the answer is NO. Anything you have to put to your lips and blow out is not tolerated. There are lots of other options in Phoenix to book other Airbnb’s for smoking. Please go book with them. There is no smoking, vaping, Houka, marijuana, illicit drugs or partying. Again, no guests are allowed in the home, pool, beds, dining table that are not listed in the booking total! No more than ten people can occupy the home! If you have a special circumstance please reach out to us and let us know! We do make some exceptions with approval. No pets! Quiet hours enforced 10 pm-6 am. Put things back where they belong. Clean up after yourself. Take out all trash when checking out. Also upon check out: Start a load of wash/towels and Start a load of dishes. Clean all stains before they set. Do your best! Treat this home the way you would treat yours.
