Ensuite full bathroom. • Bedroom #2: Queen Bed with all bedding, attached night tables with lights, lighted closet. • Master Ensuite Bathroom: Clean sets of linen (shower/facial/hand towels), large shower, PHARMACOPIA shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/facial bar, sink with large mirror, toilet and paper. • 2nd Bathroom: Clean sets of linen (shower/facial/hand towels), large bathtub/shower, PHARMACOPIA shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/facial bar, sink with large mirror, toilet and paper, hair dryer. • Laundry: Big-size washer/dryer w/ laundry detergent provided. • Parking: Designated underground parking available at extra $7/night (for entire stay only), using FOB remote access. • Fiber-Optic high speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire suite at all times. Guest access Designated underground parking in the building is available at additional $7/night, for the entire stay only. However, transits are literally downstairs, with Brentwood SkyTrain station located right next to the building, which you may travel throughout the city with the TransLink system. Other things to note Self Check-In/Check-Out: • Standard check-in time is 4:00 pm, unless specifically granted by host for earlier check in. Detailed check-in instruction with notable infos will be sent by the host herewith one or two days prior to scheduled check-in day. • Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. IF WITHOUT PARKING: Simply take all your belongings, leave all the FOB/Keys sets inside the basket inside the suite, and vacate the suite by the check-out time on the scheduled check-out day. IF WITH PARKING: Simply take all your belongings to your vehicle. Drive it out of the building, and park nearby. Come back to the suite by foot, & leave all the FOB/Keys sets inside the basket inside the suite, and vacate the suite by the check-out time on the scheduled check-out day. >>> Make sure the balcony door is shut tight, & there is no running water in the suite before exiting the suite. Immediately inform the host that you have checked-out, so that the host can lock the unit door remotely. Make sure to leave ALL FOB/Key sets are placed inside the basket on the kitchen counter before final exit of the suite. Failure to return or loss of FOB/Key is subject to $150/FOB and $50/key charge. <<< • Early check-in or late check-out times requests will only be accommodated based on circumstances. Request for such needs to be received at least 24 hrs prior to scheduled check-in/out to be considered. For late check-out, maximum 1 hour extension (i.e. noon check-out) can be granted.
