On an area of 25 m2, the Melon cottage has a living room with a kitchen and dining area allowing complete autonomy, as well as a living room area with a real quality bed (160 x 200 cm). The bright bathroom with window overlooking the garden is equipped with a large shower cubicle (140*90) for your comfort. On the ground floor, its large bay window is oriented southwest and opens onto its wooden terrace and its private and independent garden. Equipped kitchen: 4-burner glass-ceramic hob, hood, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer and complete cookware. Tea towels available.
