On a surface area of 25 m2, the Melon gîte has a living room with a kitchen and dining area allowing complete autonomy, as well as a living room area with a real quality bed (160*200). The bright bathroom with a window overlooking the garden is equipped with a large shower cubicle (140*90) for your comfort. From the ground floor, its large bay window is oriented South West and opens onto its wooden terrace and its private and independent garden. Equipped kitchen: 4-burner ceramic hob, range hood, microwave, fridge, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer and complete cookware. Dish towels available. Bathroom: walk-in shower 140*90, sink and toilet (hairdryer, clothes rack, first aid kit, shower mat, towels, soaps, hand towels, shampoo and shower gel are at your disposal). You will appreciate the surrounding calm of the garden on the wooden terrace (2 sun loungers, small table, garden furniture and Weber barbecue).
