The accommodation includes a bedroom area, carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double, dimensions 140 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is included in the bathroom. The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area with a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or for a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector (and a carbon monoxide detector) for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.
