My apartment in Sanzeno, in the heart of Val di Non, the valley of apples, is surrounded by a heavenly landscape all year round. The excellent location, easy to reach, being close to the bus stop (tram from Trento to Dermulo for 45 min then bus for another 15 min), is ideal as a starting point for the ski slopes: Mendola or Predaia at 15/20 min; Val di Sole or Paganella at 45/60 min; path that leads to S.Romedio; various lakes in the area It is 40 km from Trento, Bolzano, Merano The space The large and spacious master bedroom is equipped with a double bed; The second bedroom is smaller and has two single beds; Both rooms are independent of the living room, ensuring excellent privacy from the rest of your family or friends. The living room and kitchen that represent the heart of the apartment are one but separated by a large island; The living room is equipped with a sofa bed. Thanks to a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc., you can spend an evening of leisure. The living room gives access to a small terrace where you can have breakfast while admiring the splendor of the mountains, in spring smell the scent of apple blossoms and in autumn the apples! There is another small enclosed terrace where you can store items, luggage or more! There are no steps in the apartment. To access the apartment, which is on the second floor, there is a small flight of external stairs and two internal flights! Guest access Parking is free: * outside the building in the marked stripes * in the parking lot of the building next door, always owned by the condominiums * in the lawn next to the building I own. You can get around on foot to visit Sanzeno and get to San Romedio or go hiking on the various trails or walks. Or you can travel by car to reach the various beautiful lakes or castles.
