Hello to everyone, To decompress from everyday life, we offer you to rent our family home located in Branville, to take a breath of fresh air and recharge your batteries. Our beautiful Norman of the sixteenth century, with an area of 200 m2 composed of 4 bedrooms including 2 in strings upstairs( very common in this type of house ), a swimming pool ( overlooking the living room ) heated and a large garden of 2700 m2 is located 5 minutes from Evreux or 1 hour 15 from Paris. The space You will fully enjoy its double cathedral stay with a surface area of 70 m2, including the living room and dining room ( the table on which you have your meals is a pool table). After your meal, you can play a foosball game or go for a swim in the pool and then heat up by the fire. For your bottles, put them in our pretty wine cellar in the dining room. The closed kitchen is fully equipped ( stove, dishwasher, microwave, and recessed deep fryer). We provide linens (disposable), towels and bath towels. We also provide you with: - Tea, coffee, ground and capsules, chocolate, bread jam, all you have to do is go to the bakery located in Claville less than 3 km away ). - Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup. - Wood for your fireplaces. Important: We only rent for a minimum of 3 days during long weekends. When you book with us, you're booking on 24-hour days. For any week-long booking, we offer a 30% discount. For 15-day reservations, we offer a 40% discount. COVID-19: We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces ( light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. Be careful if you have children, a pond is located near the main gate. The house contains a mezzanine. If you are not present in the pool, we strongly recommend that you lock the door leading to the pool to avoid any accidents. Two of the three bedrooms upstairs are in a row. Please leave the house clean (washed dishes, emptied dishwasher, sorted garbage in the designated bins), the bottles are to be left in the round bin located near the outside staircase. Do not drive a car through the gate located on the chapel side, as this is where the septic tank is located.
