This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the massive MGM Hotel complex which includes a huge pool, dozens of wonderful restaurants/buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. Our condo has all the advantages of staying in an MGM hotel room and more, for substantially less money! The condo is on a penthouse floor, has a stunning view of the Vegas Strip, and a balcony to enjoy it from. The Penthouse suite 1 king size bed and 1 sleeper sofa, and can sleep up to 4 people. Once we confirm a reservation and receive payment, we will send you the Signature MGM Reservation Confirmation under your name two weeks before arrival. You check in at the Signature MGM front desk like any other hotel guests. The front desk will provide one the key card for each guest in your group. The key card will grant each guest access to the MGM Grand pool, Signature pool and gym in the signature. Nothing could be easier! In case of emergency maintenance issues, guest can call the front desk. The building engineer will take care of urgent issues and repair issues. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. Daily maid service is not included in the rate. It needs to be pre-arranged and pre-paid 72 hours in advance. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. There is 24 hour a day help available from on-site maintenance personnel for any problem with the condo. Additionally, the monorail terminal is located directly in the MGM and is easily accessible from our condo. The monorail is perhaps the fastest cheapest way to get anywhere on the Las Vegas Strip. Parking is free for guests who bring their cars, and of course taxis are readily available. 1. Please make sure you make the final payment 30 days before arrival. If someone other than you will arrive first to check in, please provide me with that person's name and ID (Just one additional name please). I will send you the check in information under the legal name you provided two weeks before arrival. 2. Your reservation includes access to FREE wireless internet, Signature private gym, all MGM Grand swimming pools, lazy river, Signature private pools, 24/7 FREE Valet parking, room service and FREE concierge service. The entire resort is non-smoking. 3.The condo is self-catered vacation home. We do provide an initial starter kits (including shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) to get you started. If the starter kit runs out during your stay and you do not want to pay extra for maid service (scheduled in advance), please plan to purchase additional toiletry such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags, detergent, paper towel etc. during your stay at nearby Walgreen or CVS store or bring them with you. 4. Guest will be showing government issued ID with matching credit card at the front desk to check in. The Signature will place an authorization of $100 per day ( $300) for the incidental deposit to allow access to room charging privileges and may result in additional authorizations should the charges exceed the originally approved amount. Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge unused funds are released upon check-out may take 3-7 business days for domestic banks and up to 30 days for international banks to become available through their financial institution.
