The community club house has a zero entry pool and a small waterpark to enjoy. There is also a gym, ping pong table and other activities. Other things to note The game room in the house has the arcades set to free play, so you can enjoy unlimited games play for free. Please make sure to turn off the video games when not in use. 1. The HOA now requires that I submit a copy of all the adults drivers licenses who will be staying at our house. Please send me a copy of all the adults drivers license when you get a chance so I can register you with the security gate at the community entrance. 2. Hot Tub/ Pool Heat. The hot tub is a spill over into the main pool. So the hot tub will be the same temp as the pool water. If you pay for hot tub / pool heat it will heat the hot tub to 104 degrees and keep the pool water at a constant 84 degrees. It will cost an extra $35 a day to cover energy costs. If you decide to have pool heat it will be charged for the full duration of your stay. 3. If you would like to have a 2 burner BBQ grill for your stay it will cost $175 for the week. There is a company that delivers it with a full tank of propane. Please let me know if you would like me to order one. 4. The AC units are brand new and work well. However the thermostats have been locked at 72 degrees because if the run colder they do run the chance of freezing the condensers. That said the house is very comfortable and cool and there are ceiling fans in many rooms. 5. Please remember there is no smoking, of any kind, inside or outside our home. There will be a $500 penalty to deep clean if the house smells like smoke. Please let me know if you have any questions.
