Adorable "beach box" home only 2 lots from the incredible Salvo beach and close to Pamlico Sound. Sleeps eight with 2 bedrooms having queen beds, one with 2 twins & one with bunks. Fun and cozy outdoor living with 2 large side decks and a wonderful "crows nest" with a small strip of ocean view. Dog-friendly home (up to 2) with a 330 sq ft dog run area accessible from side deck. An enclosed front porch & a sitting/eating area beneath the house provide additional living space. Non-smoking home The space Cozy beach-box home in quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to the ocean. 3 newly resurfaced decks, enclosed front porch & beneath house seating/eating/smoking area provide a lot of additional living area. Very dog friendly. Note that Salvo beaches have significant natural dunes (so not easy for youngsters or those with mobility issues but the Salvo Day Use Beach area is perfect for them). To protect my home, exterior cameras are in use on the 2 side decks and beneath the house, however the video will be disabled after a compliant check-in day unless owner receives report of a house rules violation (note that audio is always disabled). Even though check-in time is listed as after 4, in reality the cleaners are normally done by 1 or 2 & they post a note on the door when ready. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Kitchen includes: typical large appliances (including dishwasher), 2 blenders, both keurig & pot-style coffee makers, hand mixer, toaster. TVs in living room & master bedroom with Rokus and Spectrum app with local channels and many 'cable-type' channels (you need to login to your own streaming apps). Includes stackable washer & dryer, park-style grill, outdoor shower, lighted fish cleaning station & 5000-Mbps internet. Living room sofa is a queen sleeper for overflow sleeping. Beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc) are not included but can be rented in the area. Bedspreads, pillows (of various types & firmness), mattress & pillow covers, & dish cloths are included, but bed sheets and towels are not (but they can be rented from Hatteras Helping Hands).
