Layton's Loft

We're a small home grown bed and breakfast in rural central Utah with a private setting for our guests in a separate dwelling just a short stone's throw from our residence all in the quiet setting of Manti, Utah just 4 blocks directly west of the Historic Manti Temple. The space Our lofted bed and breakfast is built on the "tiny home" concept. It's cozy and private with a full standard height kitchen, bathroom with shower and a 5' high lofted bedroom with a new queen sized Nectar Premier memory foam bed and living room. In the loft living room there is a large 50" flat screen TV equipped with Netflix , YouTube videos, and free wireless internet. We can accommodate up to 4 adults maximum or 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults so if you're adventurous you can climb our Jefferson stairs to the loft. Keep your toddlers safe and hold their hands while they are going up and down them. We also have an additional private bedroom on the main floor with a standard 7' height ceiling with a super comfortable Queen sized Casper Hybrid memory foam mattress bed for a luxurious night's rest and its own 35" flat screen TV. BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED Make your own breakfast Eggs, homemade cheese, mushrooms and peppers for omelettes will be in the lofthouse refrigerator along with English muffins, juice, tea, hot chocolate and coffee with all the condiments. Another option would be pancakes/waffles mix . We'd love to have you as our guests! Guest access The loft house is a separate detached tiny home situated next to the Host's private residence with all you could need for a comfortable and private stay in Manti. Other things to note Farm-to-Table Layton’s Loft Menu With a minimum 24 hour advance notice we offer the following home-cooked dinner choices: 1) 16+ oz. steak BBQ from our home grown 100% grass finished 21-day dry aged beef with side dishes of a baked potato, French sliced green beans, organic side green salad and a home made roll $48. For an additional $10 you can double the side dishes. 2) BBQ chicken seasoned with our special rub with side dishes of a baked potato, French sliced green beans, organic side green salad and a fresh roll. $18 3) Outback Chicken for two - From our flock of Cornish rock chickens comes the finest air chilled chicken with intense chicken flavor and juiciness. This dish is a pan seared half chicken with a bed of wild rice, French sliced beans with slivered almonds, organic side salads with rolls. $38 4) Cauliflower crust pizza for two loaded with veggies such as mushrooms, peppers, olives, onions, topped with fresh herbs and mozzarella cheese – 8 slices (can be made to your request). $28 5) Gourmet Chicken Salad (this can be made to go) includes grilled chicken, organic baby greens with all the salad toppings such as olives, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, avocados, cauliflower, croutons and dressing. $16 (dessert not included) 6) Home grown grass finished gourmet beef cheeseburger served with a generous portion of air fried potato fries topped with melted cheese. $14 (dessert not included) 7) Balsamic glazed grilled chicken with fresh basil, tomatoes, garlic and onions served with angel hair pasta and a organic side salad. $18 8) 20 Buffalo Wings tallow fried until golden brown tossed in Chipotle BBQ dry rub seasoning (mild seasoning also available) alongside celery and carrots with Ranch dip and a buffalo side sauce. $30 or 30 Wings for $42. Additional small salad $5 or large salad $10 (dessert not included). The Therapy Center offers massages by Peggy Layton (Licensed Massage Therapist) by appointment only.
