Guest access 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 master bedrooms with en-suite and 1 bathroom serving the 2 twin bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, tumble dryer, washer, TV in all rooms, free good quality Wi-Fi, free Netflix, games room, swimming pool with optional heating (additional charge if required), pool deck overlooking the lake with sun loungers, pool furniture. Other things to note The house is also ideal for golfers, being close to Champions Gate Resort which offers two Greg Norman designed golf courses. The Gulf Coast or the Atlantic beaches are a little further afield but still within an easy 90-minute drive, as is Kennedy Space Center. The Interstate is only minutes away from the villa, giving easy access to all the fantastic places Central Florida has to offer. Pool heat is available if required. The cost for this is $25 a day. A cleaning charge of $155 is applied to all bookings to help ensure our home is as safe as possible for our guests.
