This fun and quirky cottage appears more like a lighthouse at 2.5 m wide, but once inside the double depth accommodation offers the benefits of two double bedrooms, a twin room, fitted kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and separate w/c / utility. Located in the village centre you are only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the shops and all the best pubs and restaurants. Penlee Narrows is a practical yet fun cottage in the heart of Kingsand. You enter the property via a wooden stable door into the light and welcoming dining room, which in turn flows into a pretty but practical kitchen with a Belfast sink, integrated cooker and hob, dishwasher, a under counter fridge/freezer and De'Longhi Bean to Cup coffee machine. On the lower ground floor is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, an electric towel heater and separate w/c. Located on the first floor is a generous family bathroom, equip with a full length bath and overhead electric shower, w/c, sink and heated towel rail. On the second floor is the snug living room that benefits from a traditional wood burner and encapsulating sea views. There are three bedrooms in the property that are all comfy and full of light. The rooms on the second and first floors benefit from a street facing aspect which includes a view of other traditional Cornish cottages as well as the greenery of the valley above. The third bedroom located on the lower ground floor has ample light provided by the charming old steps that once led down to a door on that level. Changeover day is Friday to Friday, seven day minimum between April to October, shorter stays available November through to March. Please note that a deposit of £200.00 will be taken one day before check-in then returned four days after check-out providing no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred. Up on the first floor, you'll find a charming twin room and a spacious family shower room, ideal for all your needs. The top floor is a haven for relaxation, with a luxurious king-size bedroom and a snug living room that comfortably seats four. Here, you'll enjoy the warmth of a traditional wood burner and stunning, panoramic sea views. Located in the heart of Kingsand, Penlee Narrows blends practical living with delightful coastal charm – the perfect place for a memorable holiday. Location Located in the village centre you are only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the shops and all the best pubs and restaurants. Located a short walk away from the beautiful Minnadhu with stunning views over Cawsand Bay and the South West Cost Path passing through. Parking The historic village does not have private parking; however, the public pay and display carpark is less than a two minute walk away from the property. Additional Information Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. (please bring your own beach towels) The property has Wi-Fi. Well behaved pooches allowed with an additional fee of £25 per dog per week. (please note this property does not have a garden). Penlee Narrows operates a Friday – Friday changeover.
