Our comfortable and fully equipped house is located in Kamares in a beautiful and privileged location just 20 m from the sea. Built on the blue flag beach of Kamares. The house is also available for the months of May to October. The space We provide a bedroom with three single beds, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a three-seater sofa bed. All rooms have air conditioning, hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, four spacious closets, three traditional balconies and a comfortable shared terrace overlooking the sea and the incredible sunset of Kamares. It is a fully equipped first floor apartment, with a magical view, waiting to host you for as long as you wish. Keys will be kept in a safe box and you will be provided with the code a few days before you check in. All appliances are new with high energy saving class. The air conditioners are Fujitsu dc/inverter. The solar water heater is a Calpak Mark 5. Other things to note. * Playground for families with a small child. *Cleaning service during your stay by arrangement. Guest access Our house is 250 meters from the port, built on the sandy beach. You can drive around with your vehicle and park comfortably in the municipal parking lot next to the house. If you don't have your own vehicle, you can rent one from the company located just across the house on the square. The public transport stop is also next to us and of course the solution of walking is something you will love, as this way you can enjoy all the beauties of our island, which are located in the traditional alleys and in the very well designed and mapped paths of the island. Other things to note A Cycladic house with all the hygiene and safety rules, provides all the comforts as it is ideal for families and friends. It has aluminum doors and windows with double glazing for thermal and sound insulation, as well as security. It can accommodate 5 to 6 people (sofa bed). It has games for children and adults (backgammon, rackets, cards). The beach is so close that you feel like you can dive into the sea from the balcony.
