On the ground floor, there is a large living room with satellite Tv, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The American kitchen, electric, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water heater and juicer. On the same floor, a bedroom with a double bed 135 x 190 (with Air Conditioning and Heat Pump).
