The home spans three comfortable levels, offering space to gather while still allowing everyone room to spread out. The ground floor provides a convenient area to unpack and get organized for your adventures, including fishing, scalloping, boating, and other outdoor activities. This level also features a full-size refrigerator, a beverage refrigerator, and a casual bar area. It’s an easygoing space for puzzles, movies, or watching a game, with generous seating and a blow-up mattress available for kids or extra overnight guests. The second floor is the main living space and includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and primary suite (king size bed.) Large glass walls fill the space with natural light and open to a spacious deck overlooking the canal, an ideal spot for meals, morning coffee, or simply keeping an eye on the activity outside. On the third floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms (one king bed and one queen) and a shared bathroom, creating a comfortable setup for children, extended family, or friends traveling together. Outside, the property features a dock large enough to accommodate most center console boats, along with a fire pit and a convenient “catch of the day” cleaning station, making time on the water simple and enjoyable.
