Located on the ocean block of Maryland Ave and only two blocks from Rehoboth Ave you are only minutes from all of the restaurants, the boardwalk, & the shops. Equipped with a queen bed & a twin sleeper chair this unit can easily accommodate two adults or two adults & one child. At only 400 sq. ft. you'll be amazed at how much space you have to sit back & relax during the day & count your zzz's at night. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer, full-sized oven & microwave. Guest access The unit includes ONE assigned parking space in the rear of the building so you can park onsite for free. Once you park your car you won't need it at all during your stay as everything is so close. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included in the rental. Please either bring your own linens and towels or you can use a local linen provider. We do provide shampoo, body wash, toilet paper & paper towels for your convenience.
