Come to the lake! This spacious one bedroom top floor end unit is uniquely located between Napoli by the Lake restaurant and large outdoor swimming pool. Fantastic views of the lake from the large deck! Sleeps 2 adults and 2 small children under three. The following amenities are provided during your stay (Subject to season and repair): 2 Outdoor Pools Exercise Room Boat & Jet Ski Rental 1 Indoor Pool Hot Tub Courtesy Boat Slips Beach & Boat Launch Area Tennis & Pickleball Courts The space This beautiful top floor end unit has water on two sides, a large master bedroom with king bed, cathedral ceilings, and water views, a wraparound deck with a direct view across the lake and a two person hammock. It is conveniently located between Napoli by the Lake Restaurant and The Conference Center outdoor pool. You have use of a fully furnished kitchen, bar area, living room with sectional sofa and pullout full sized bed, large wood burning fireplace, dining area, and high speed wi-fi (up to 300 mps). Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets are available for use free of charge. And the view in the morning and at sunset is truly spectacular! Guest access You will have the condo completely to yourself and all spaces are accessible. Other things to note The sauna, hot tub, steam room, exercise room and indoor pool are open each day from 5 AM to Midnight. Please observe all rules/regulations in regards to cleaning/disinfecting. The Highlands Center outdoor pool will be open this year May-October (dates TBD). The Pavilion Center outdoor pool will be open May-September (dates TBD). Please observe the posted rules and regulations for both. Pets are only allowed for guests staying 30 days or longer. Bernard’s Landing does not allow short term renters to have pets while staying at the resort. Please understand this is not my policy but it must be followed. The tennis and pickleball courts are currently open. Please clean up after yourself and sanitize as needed. The large fireplace is available to use from October 1 to May 1 and comes equipped with tools and an ash bucket. I typically have starter logs on hand for your convenience. No more than two adults and two children under the age of three are allowed to stay overnight at the property per county ordnance. Children age three or older count as an adult. This is not my policy and is non-negotiable. You must register your boat or jet ski with Bernard’s Landing and have a decal displayed prominently at all times during your stay. The cost is $20 per day and gives you access to all courtesy docks and the boat ramp, as well as a parking spot for your trailer. Starting this year, renters will need to purchase guest decals for boats and canoes that are brought on property. These decals are $5.00 per night. Please make sure to register your kayaks or canoes, or just use the ones I have that already have decals for free.
