Situated in a very central location close to USF, Moffitt, and Busch gardens while only an hour's drive from beautiful beaches and theme parks in Orlando. The space This home is made unique by the large lake, Olympic-sized pool, artisan granite, comfortable beds and bedding, and a home theater room. Note, that this townhome has concrete barriers between the units for sound isolation. I lived here for 2 years and never heard the neighbors once! The only thing you may hear is street noise from the cars and such. The home theater room features an Xbox One system and a 100-inch projected screen. What really differentiates this listing from similar ones is the focus on comfort and home-like accommodations. Beds, bedding, towels, etc. are all high quality to ensure comfort. My goal was to create a space where anyone could enjoy high-end comforts and great entertainment at an affordable price. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms including a home theater room with a projector, Xbox One (blue ray player), select games, Sling TV, and sound system. Also includes reserved parking for two cars. Other things to note All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is large with private vanity and attached bathroom. The other two bedrooms are smaller without an attached bathroom. There is access from the hall to the master bath and there is another full bathroom downstairs. We generally only supply one full roll of high-end toilet paper per bathroom. Please plan accordingly for longer stays.
