Alder wood Lake house near SFB Airport Boombah

Our home is a waterfront home on Lake Ada in Sanford, Florida. This lake is a hidden gem just 10 minutes drive to Sanford International Airport SFB. Cozy and comfortable setting, in the midst of all that Sanford has to offer. The space This comfortable home has updated laminated floors throughout, a large master suite with private bathroom. This is a split bedroom plan with the master on the opposite side of the home as the other bedrooms for added privacy. Master has a high quality king size sleep number bed with each side individually adjustable for your comfort. There are two full bathrooms and a nice screened porch overlooking the lake and a nice dock for fishing. There are two flat screen smart TV's in the home. One 60" in the living room and one 43" in the master bedroom. There are many local channels available along with Netflix and all the other channels that a smart TV offers. You are also welcome to borrow one of our movies that we keep under the TV in the living room. Guest access The entire home is yours as this is not our primary residence. Other things to note Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything including Hwy 417 & I-4. Just a couple minutes drive to many restaurants, grocery stores or the mall.
