Hikers and cyclists will enjoy the Tiny Simcoe Trail and other trails nearby for snowmobile enthusiasts. The space In the main level you will find a comfortable living room area with a fireplace while the lower level is designed with entertainment in mind for the entire family - a pool table, foosball table, board games & a huge TV screen (free Netflix and Disney+). There is unlimited internet for work and entertainment. The back yard is spacious and it includes a hot tub, gas BBQ (hooked up to the main gas line), fire pit and full outdoor dining.
