Garden-front studio

Description

Melrose Mid-city Oasis is in one of the hottest districts in Central Phoenix with a thriving restaurant and nightlife, but has its own private patio onto lovely back yard with muraled walls and plenty of action around the bird feeders. Its perfect for travelling professionals that are looking to feel at home away from home and want a central location for quick access to hospitals or downtown. Kitties are on property if you need to give a pet, but have never been in the studio, so don't fret! The space We were over the moon when we found a house in the trendy Melrose district back in 2015. We wanted to be in a place where we could walk or ride our bikes to eat, go out, or see cultural events. We also wanted a lovely yard to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. We know you'll love staying here as much as we do in your own independent in-law suite with private entrance. Beautiful gardens enhance the resort feeling of this space. Beautifully furnished attached studio has a comfortable Sealy queen bed with bamboo & cotton sheets. Spacious private bathroom has dual sinks in a custom vanity. There's also a walk-in shower, walk-in closet, washer/dryer, and a well-stocked kitchenette in the studio. The lounge area has cozy throws on a lazyboy loveseat. The dining set has 2 fold-down leaves that enable it to be tucked into a corner when not in use so that you have plenty of space to do yoga or exercise. The walk-in closet has washer/dryer, hangers, bins for undies and socks, and a hanging shoe-rack so everything has its place. Back rests so you can work from the bed are included if you want to change up your working or lounging space. There is an Orbi satellite in the studio so your wifi signal stays strong. The kitchen includes a microwave, apartment fridge with freezer space, toaster oven, toaster, programmable coffee-maker, teapot, conduction cooking plate, rice cooker, and smoothie blender in addition to all the tools you'll need to cook delicious simple meals. I love to cook, so I made sure you'd have what I'd be looking for when I'm on the road. There are two cats on site, but they've never been in the room, so allergy sufferers fear not! There are no pets allowed so that the room stays free from pet dander, also, our cats will be so consumed with fear if there is a dog on-site that they throw up and lose their hair. we tried once in the house we had before this one. They will equally freak in other ways about cats. No pets allowed- no matter how lovely and well-trained. Guest access The unit is fully independent and has all you'll need for your 30+ day stay: own kitchenette, private spacious bathroom, walk-in closet, washer/dryer, lounge & dining area and a very comfortable bed. The patio by your door is for you and only you. Smell the roses. Sip your coffee. Do some work. Eat meals there. Feel free to use the shrine and the hammock by the back wall- that's a shared area. If you'd like to use the grill on our patio, let us know and we'll show you how. The area beyond the arch is where we like to relax in private, so please remain on your side of the pavers. Other things to note WoodleaMelrose is a lovely neighborhood where neighbors know each other and gather monthly for Front Yard Fridays and annual BBQs and yard sales. We look out for each other and have had graduation parades to celebrate our graduates while social distancing. You'll see folks walking, running, and riding their bikes in the neighborhood every morning and evening. As lovely a neighborhood as it is, do note that its an urban neighborhood. Its not suburban. Its not gated. Its right in the middle of Central Phoenix and all the color and eccentricity that goes with it.
