This traditional Portuguese house was completely renovated in 2020 and is located in one of the quietest areas of Colares, between Serra de Sintra and the Atlantic Ocean. It guarantees total comfort to your guests, in any season of the year. During the summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool, the garden, the garden and the dining area. In winter, the fireplace invites you to be away from town. The space This comfortable house has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms for 7 to 9 people, with the following distribution: Main House - one suite with a double bed, one suite with a single bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each; Pool Room - suite with two single beds and full bathroom (with shower). The house has four full bathrooms, two with shower and two with bathtub. Very well maintained 600 m2 garden and two terraces with outdoor dining furniture. The house is located in the village of Banzão, about 15 minutes from Sintra and 30 minutes from Lisbon. The nearest village Colares ( 1 minute distance) is known for its wine and gastronomy, you will love to visit us! Guest access All the areas of the house are available exclusively for your guests. Other things to note For stays longer than 15 days: -The maintenance of laundry and consumables (toilet paper and detergents) is the responsibility of the guest or subject to an extra fee of 30€. -If the amount of electricity consumption is exceeded by 10Kw per day, the amount of €0.20 per kW will be charged. - Bikes available.
