Cozy Cottage Wooded Retreat

Our cottage is cozy, private, and safe! It is fully equipped to make your stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible. We have WIFI, 2 TV's Roku on both TVs, a Bose Radio with CD's, a DVD player with movies. We have a Coffee Station with Keurig & pods, a Mr Coffee with a coffee grinder. Completely equipped Kitchen. Tub/shower combo. Lots of privacy on your own back deck. You may see deer and wild turkey . Gas Grill provided. plenty of parking. NO PETS ALLOWED. The space We are surrounded by woods and wildlife. Quiet and peaceful but only 30 min. to Nashville and the Grand ole Opry. Traffic can change that, avoid Nashville rush hour if possible !! . We are 12 minutes to The Streets of Indian Lake that has great restaurants, shopping and a Theater. We are near 4 parks with trails. Old Hickory Lake is 15 minutes away.There is a deck on the back for complete privacy. The Cozy Cottage has a king size mattress in the Master Suite and the sofa is a Queen size fold out. Our mattresses are both high quality. The sofa sleeper has a quality Memory Foam Mattress, bit "according to weight" you can feel the bar.( we have been told) Washer and Dryer are in Cottage. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee station with Kuerig Coffee maker with coffee pods, also a drip Mr Coffee maker. The kitchen has all you need, stove, microwave, cutting boards, spices and oils, baggies, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. When our guest leave we wash and replace ALL linens, All bed covers and replace bathroom rug. Although The Cottage is 2 stories the 2nd floor is unfinished and unoccupied. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest access Enjoy looking at nature in a sunroom or sit on the back deck for complete privacy and tranquility. Enjoy bird watching , deer and turkey. Cable and wifi and Roku for both TV's. We have plenty room to park. Smoking allowed outside only. There will be a $200 fee if you smoke inside. No pets allowed Other things to note The Cottage has a King size bed with a Quality Mattress. There are 2 coffee makers, Keuring with pods supplied and a Mr Coffee maker. There is a coffee grinder. We provide wifi with 2 TV'S both have Roku. There is a Bose radio. Washer and Dryer in The Cottage. You can smoke outside only. No pets allowed.
