A small outside guest quarters by the pool and an expansive 1200 square foot detached game room on the east side of the property. The heated Hot Tub and Pool are surrounded by Palm trees and private relaxed atmosphere. This space has several locations were you can get away from groups and just enjoy the views. Including several balconies. For entertainment we have highspeed Wi-fi. You will be able to enjoy on the 75" tv , Prime, Disney Pluss and Hulu. The game room on the East side of the property you will find a classic 4 player arcade with 2400 games, Air Hockey, Pool, Shuffle Board, Skee ball and Darts. We will be adding to this list over time! Because it is separate from the house it is a great space to make some noise and yet the rest of the family will not know it! Guest access You have access to the entire house and grounds! You will be given door codes to gain access to the entire estate! This is provided the morning you check I'mfor added convenience. Other things to note We want you to spread out and enjoy yourself but please respect the neighbors. Please swim late but quiet swimming and no music outside after 8:00 PM please. There are lots of deer! if you see them enjoy but be carful a wild animal is still a wild animal!
