Luxurious Townhouse 10 mins walk to Epernay centre

A Champagne lovers haven, perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a comfortable home for up to 8 guests (adults only!). Located a short walk (10 mins) from Épernay town centre with many excellent restaurants, cafes and bars and 15 mins walk to the Champagne houses (Moët et Chandon, Pol Roger, Perrier-Jouet and many more) on Avenue de Champagne. Please note! The house is not child or pet friendly. The space Having lived in various parts of France over many years I have never found another place like Epernay, the heart of Champagne.  Our family fell in love with our 100-year-old home from day one and set out to create a luxurious, welcoming and comfortable home to gather with loved ones to relax, share experiences, enjoy great meals and celebrations and create lasting memories.   Our Town house has plenty of free parking right in front. Comprising 3 floors, the 1st floor includes all common areas (kitchen, dining room, sitting room, shower room, W.C.) and a bedroom with a Kingsize bed. On the 2nd floor is a bathroom and 3 further bedrooms each with Superking beds. There is a quiet, sunny courtyard to the rear, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing with a glass of Champagne with friends or a good book. We run several yoga and art retreats during the warmer months in the ground floor studio (with underfloor heating as needed). You are welcome to use it during your stay. Namasté.
