All apt. have a washing machine, microwave and t.v.. 2nd floor apartment, two double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a shower room, kitchen with American bar, gallery-lavage, living-dining room and terrace. Garage and Wifi service included in the price. It is equipped with linens and towels, and everything you need to cook and table. The pressure cooker, the blender, or the electric toaster is not a standard; therefore, if any of these are essential do not forget to bring it! Capacity 4/5 people. The city of Xeraco offers and manages a free public Wifi service along the entire beach of Xeraco (service not guaranteed within the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The entrance slope to the water is smooth, ideal for the little ones and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by a fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so that you can move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many hiking trails, both in the mountains and on the marjal. In the latter, very popular with ornithologists. The Playa de l’Ahuir, stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget the fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers. Guarantee €150 For Families, and €400 Groups of Friends. No Young People Group (ages under thirty). Admits pets on request, weight maximum 10 kg. supplement 5€/night (maximum weight 10kg). Our apartments are delivered clean and include linens and towels. It includes change of biweekly bedding. We recommend bring a small kit with cleaning/various cleaning/laundry products. The pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer is not a standard. If any of these is essential do not forget to bring it!The key collection will take place at our offices, in C/ Tossal De L 'ullastre Nº7 Playa De Xeraco, after 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of collection of keys outside of office hours, requesting early and having deposited the bond beforehand. Checkout and eviction from accommodations will take place by 10am. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Prior to the collection of the keys they will deposit a deposit of €150, this will be returned after the review of the apartment, and if the company deems it appropriate, until 48 hours after the eviction.
