Dear Guests, I’m glad to host you in my house: a perfect place for relaxation and to dive into the green and enjoy some sports activities! Surrounded by the evocative panorama of the Parco Fluviale del Nera, you’ll be a stone’s throw from such wonders as Cascate delle Marmore waterfalls, from the lovely towns of Narni, Todi, Amelia and the numerous medieval villages that enrich the valley and make it truly unique! At home, Alexa is at your disposal for any need you may have. You’re welcome The space The apartment was obtained thanks to a thoughtful and meticulous renovation of an ancient building, we used the materials, stones, bricks, timbers of the same period (XVI century). The house is located in a wonderful position: on the one side it dominates the Valnerina, and on the other side there’s a spectacular view of the famous Cascata delle Marmore waterfalls. Once you get to the villa, you’ll immediately notice the courtyard that surrounds it. This peaceful garden is furnished with a table and some chairs, thus you’ll be able to enjoy the moments of relaxation outdoors, especially in the company of your four-legged friends! You will find various amenities inside the house: air conditioning, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine. All of these is well arranged in the rooms of the villa. On the first floor there is a large open-plan kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking. Here you’ll also see the dining table and the relax area with a sofa bed for two people. Once you go upstairs and reach the second floor, you’ll find the sleeping area with the double bedroom and the bathroom (equipped with a shower cabin). Guest access The entire apartment remains at the complete disposal of my guests. Thus, you’ll be able to enjoy every comfort and every corner of the flat, from the living area to the sleeping one.
