Please be aware that there is only one authorised parking space, marked 38, which has space for one vehicle. There is no parking outside the front of the property. Please only park in the allocated parking spot. The space The living area and kitchen are on the upper floor, while the bedrooms are on the ground floor. A king-sized bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe and chest of drawers are all in the master bedroom. Views of the Marina and River Ouse are a bonus for this accommodation. A double bed nightstand and wardrobe can be found in bedroom number two. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, a nightstand, and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which has a spacious shower, a toilet, and a sink, is located on the ground level. The upper story has the living, dining area, and kitchen. The lounge also has the advantage of looking out over the Marina and the River Ouse. A spacious balcony with outdoor seating is accessible through bifold doors. Why not enjoy a bottle of wine while unwinding or feeding the fish or ducks while taking in the sunshine? An oak and glass table and chairs are in the living room together with a sizable corner sofa. On the wall is an LED smart TV with a Virgin Media connection providing TV and catch-up services on demand. This floor also houses the kitchen, which has an electric hob and oven.
