Beautiful Apartment in Central Bath

City centre apartment: it’s spacious, homely, within walking distance of all local attractions. This property was redecorated in April 2024. The space Welcome to my home! This flat is a hidden gem above Bath Homewares. From the flat you can walk everywhere and my favourite restaurants and bars are within 2 minutes walk. You also have a gym and super market right on your doorstep - it’s perfect. As I am so passionate about Bath I wanted to open my home for you to come and enjoy it too when I’m not there, so I hope you love it just as much as I do. There’s large living room/diner with a sofa, single futon, flat screen TV with access to online streaming services and a large dining table with 6 chairs. This opens onto a kitchen with a breakfast bar, where you can sit and look out over Bath. The kitchen has all of the usual appliances including a washer/dryer (no dishwasher). I always make sure that I leave milk in the flat, among other items which vary seasonally - everything in the kitchen is for your use. Please note that the oven does work. If you try to turn it on and it doesn't start then reset the timer, as if this hasn't been previously reset or turned off then the oven won't come on. The bathroom has a bath and a power shower over the bath. I will also leave you towels so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. There are two big bedrooms with double beds and comfy mattresses and pillows which I chose to make sure you get a relaxing nights sleep. There are also wardrobes with drawers and bedside tables in both bedrooms. There is also a single futon in the living room which can be requested. You need to select that 5 people are staying in the booking for the futon to be made up. I have put wifi into the flat as well, this is in the master bedroom and the wifi code is on the back of the router! Please also note that THIS IS A NO SMOKING FLAT. Please also note that IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND AFTER CHECK OUT, WITHOUT HAVING TOLD ME ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. Guest access You will have the whole of the flat to yourself. I will send you the check in details a week before your stay! Other things to note Please be aware of the fact that there are neighbours above and below and therefore be careful about loud noise and banging doors. I want this to feel like your home whilst you are staying, I ask that you please look after it and respect it as if it was your own, any vandalism will not be tolerated. I also ask that before you leave, you wash your dishes and leave them drying rather than in the sink and all dirty towels to be left in the bath tub.
