The space The first floor offers a large open kitchen/dining room that opens into a spacious family room. The appliances are in clean working order (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer/dryer). 2 bedrooms each one is: Freshly painted and decorated, approximately 11x11 room with a large window with mini blinds, room darkening curtains, and over-sized closet. Includes queen bed, nightstands, desk with chair, and area rug on hardwood floors. Bedding and linens supplied. Half bath on the first floor and a large full size bathroom with shower/tub on the second floor. Other things to note Complex is offset from the road so there is plenty of reserved and private parking. Utilities are included with a $150.00 per month electricity allowance. WiFi and Smart TV are provided. Application, a copy of license, and minimum 2 moths signed lease is required. $1500.00 security deposit. (Refundable minus damage) 2 people maximum per unit.
