Woodcroft Cottage is in a leafy avenue only 8 minutes walk to town, train, bus, theatre, miles long sandy beach, sports centre and lots of foodie places. The private parking is in the large drive at the door There is a conservatory overlooking a really pretty sheltered enclosed lawned and very private garden which is kept by the owner who lives in the the adjacent sandstone Victorian town house. The space The cottage is all on ground level. There are no steps at the front or back doors. or within the house. the cottage dates back to 1884 and was the gardeners cottage/ stable.The cottage has a lovely Victorian fireplace surrounded with tiles dating back to over 100 years ago. The house has been sympathetically designed to give a Victorian and contemporary feel. It is most comfortable with a lovely sun lounge west facing looking over a delightful sheltered lawned and all year around colourful garden.
