The Apartment is a self contained unit located in the semi basement of Residenza Su Prelau main Villa (where the owners live). Has an indipendent entrance overlooking the garden, a nice outside area equipped for dining al fresco and 2 bedrooms that can host up to 5 ppl. The Apartment is cool also in hot summer days and rarely needs air conditioning. Just a few minutes from a beautiful sandy beach is ideal for families or a group of friends wanting to explore Sardinia South West Coast. The space The Apartment is a unit of 90sq mt with an independent entrance situated in the semi basement of the Main Villa (where the owners live) of Residenza Su Prelau. Is composed by two bedrooms that can be tailored for your requirement to fit up to five people, a large living area with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are luminous and overlook the patio, while the living area may require artificial lighthing also during the day. The apartment is quite cool also in the hottest summer days. Quiet and peaceful, the Apartment is ideal for families, with an outside enclosed area furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. Residenza Su Prelau is an exquisite slice of Mediterranean countryside which is close to both beaches and mountains. Just three minutes drive from the striking beach of Plage e Mesu and not far from the beautiful coastline that leads to Masua and the stunning rock of Pan di Zucchero, Residenza Su Prelau is in central position to visit all the South West Coast of Sardinia.
