This beautiful, family friendly townhome is available year round. It’s situated 8 blocks from the beach. It’s tucked away from Garfield Parkway in a private community, with tennis courts and a swimming pool. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (master w/ queen bed, guest room 1 w/ queen bed, and guest room 2 w/ 2 bunk beds). This immaculate property includes 2 passes for free parking at the beach, along w/ free parking in the community. The home is conveniently located to amenities galore!!! This is a beautifully appointed, family friendly home. The first level is an open concept living room, kitchen, dining room and den, with new floors throughout. There is a half bath on this level for convenience. Cozy up in either the living room or den, which are furnished with comfortable couches/seating. Both spaces have large flatscreen Roku TVs. There is plenty of seating for everyone to spread out on this level. Six people can sit around the dining room table, there is a high top table with seating for 4, and the kitchen countertop bar has additional seating for 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, pots/pans, crab pot, crab mallets, platters, spice rack, blender, and all the other essentials! The upstairs level includes the master bedroom with master bath (queen bed). The second guest room (queen bed) and third guest room (2 twin bunks) share a full bathroom. All three bedrooms come equipped with flatscreen TVs with Roku or Amazon Fire Stick. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway on the bedroom level. The front porch has two Adirondack chairs, and the brand new back deck includes a charcoal and gas grill for your use. There’s also an outside shower beside the deck. The community has tennis courts and a pool for your enjoyment in the summer months, and enjoy the warmth of the wood burning fireplace in the cool off-season nights! There is keyless entry, and the passcode will be sent to renters prior to check-in. The owners will be in contact with guests whenever guests reach out/need anything. We will always respond within an hour or asap as you are arriving. This community includes a pool and tennis courts, and is within walking distance to many good restaurants. Wawa, a coffee bar, Grotto’s, Difebo’s, Off the Hook, a liqueur store, Rita’s... all within a very short walking distance. The brand new park, the beach, miniature golf, shops, the arcade and so many more restaurants are under a mile away from our home in the town of Bethany. Just within a short drive in Oceanview, you can also find many attractions, also including shops, miniature golf, an arcade and ice cream shops. There is a small local grocer in the town of Bethany, or you can drive a couple of miles into Oceanview for other grocery store options. The house is tucked away on a circle, so biking and walking is safe for families with young children. It is approximately a mile from the doorstep to the sand. The shuttle is within close proximity to the house for easy travel/access to the famous Bethany Beach boardwalk! Again, there are two parking passes if renters prefer to drive to the boardwalk, or bike into town with the two adult sized bikes provided with the rental.
