Grand Lake - Fabulous Duck Creek Cabin & HUGE Dock

One of the best locations on Grand Lake!! You have a terrific and open view facing North-Northwest. This wonderful home has great views of the speed controlled Duck Creek on Grand Lake. It is situated in a somewhat protected area of the main cove, just south a few hundred yards from Cherokee Yacht Club. The huge and brand new dock is a floating paradise!! The home has 3 private bedrooms and one common 'bunk room' that has 2 queen beds and a couch The space Our home is 1800 sq ft, 2 story. The kitchen, living, master and a bathroom are all on the main floor. Proceed downstairs to the guest 'bunk room' where you also have a bathroom and then 2 additional bedrooms Every room in the cabin has a new smart TV. We have high speed internet too. Our little lake cabin isn't the biggest place around, but it does accommodate a good sized group. Its also clean and updated, which can be a very hard find. You won't find a nicer dock on the lake, 5000 sq ft with an outdoor kitchen, bar, grill, stereo, etc. Also plenty of room to tie up your boat! There isn't much else you could need or want at our cabin. It is a great place to come relax. Guest access The home is in a gated community. Guests must follow the rules and be mindful of the neighbors and neighborhood. Quiet hours are dusk to dawn Other things to note This is NOT a party house and large or obnoxious groups will not be tolerated. This is a family cabin that is well suited for mature groups that want to spend quality time with friends and family. The hill do the dock/lake can be steep. This hill is not ideal for elderly or people with mobility issues. Nothing too hard, but may need someone to help and hold a hand while making the walk. The home can handle 4 vehicles at a MAXIMUM. Neighborhood restrictions prevent trailers from being parked at the house.
