Kensal Rise Retreat The space This sophisticated 4 bedroom home in North London is just minutes away from the famous Chamberlayne Road and is within easy reach of Notting Hill and Hampstead Heath. The entrance hall to the property has black and white tiling on the floors and traditional framed pictures on the walls. On the left, is the living room. LIVING ROOM A chic living area, with a large grey sofa, leather armchair in the bay window and a black fireplace. There is also a television on the right of the fireplace. Above the bay window, there is a projector screen that descends, perfect for watching films! This room also has a desk with chair, artwork above and a piano, for the musically gifted! KITCHEN & DINING ROOM Down a few steps, to the kitchen, which is spacious and stylish. With a large kitchen island in grey, there are bar stools on one side, ideal for a relaxed breakfast. This kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay. Beyond the kitchen area, is a large wooden dining table and seating for 10 people. Sliding doors lead out to the garden. GARDEN A lovely garden, with a paved area with outdoor seating, BBQ and a lawn beyond. WC On the ground floor there is a WC and sink, with mirror above and photographs to decorate. Upstairs, to the first floor, for the bedrooms. FIRST BEDROOM This contemporary bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, desk with chair and posters on the wall. A nice feature of this room is the lovely high ceilings and views to the garden. BATHROOM A sleek bathroom with black tiles, a bath with overhead shower, WC and sink. UTILITY ROOM Next to the bathroom, is the utility room, with washing machine and tumble dryer. SECOND BEDROOM This bright bedroom has dark wood flooring, a king-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a hanging rail. Pictures decorate the walls. MASTER BEDROOM This spacious master bedroom has a Super-king size bed in the centre of the room, which faces the bay window. There is a minimalist decorative fireplace on the right hand side and a television in the corner. There is a large wardrobe with sliding doors at the back of the room. EN SUITE There is an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and separate WC. FOURTH BEDROOM On the top floor, is another bedroom, with a double bed which is tucked into the eaves of the ceiling. There is also a desk with chairs, bookcase above and toys, as this is a child’s bedroom. This room also has a large white wardrobe and a ‘den’ area, again tucked away into the eaves. This is a double mattress that can sleep 2 children or 1 adult if required. EN SUITE A stylish en suite bathroom with white textured tiling, a walk-in shower, sink and WC. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Truvi. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
