This luxury villa consists of 2 floors and has 2 private swimming pools. The living room and kitchen on the ground floor are directly connected to the spacious semi-covered terrace. Here you can enjoy all the comfort available: luxurious lounge sofa, private infinity swimming pool with sofa, sunbeds and a long 10-person dining table. Please note: the air conditioning on the ground floor in the extra living room is currently not working. The space On the 1st floor you will find the spacious terrace , infinity swimming pool, luxurious lounge set and large dining table for 10 people. The sliding doors can be opened completely, so that the living room, kitchen and the spacious terrace are in ideal connection with each other. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a wine fridge and a table grill. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In addition, you will also find here a living room and kitchen which is connected to the terrace and the 2nd private swimming pool with sun beds. All bedrooms have a TV (only the living room on the 1st floor has a tv with channels) and air conditioning. Other things to note The normal consumption of water (2 m3 per day) and electricity (80 Kwh per day) is included. Additional consumption is charged via the deposit. We kindly ask you to pay a security deposit of $1000 in advance via Airbnb. For water this is $8,- per m3 and for elektricity $0,50 per Kwh.
