Private walled pool for total privacy The space The villa is set in a very quiet area next to the legendary calypso cave in Xaghra. Entrance is through a huge carport which can accommodate in privacy several vehicles.Its surrounded by lush mature garden. The villa is completely detached and enjoys sea and unobstructed country views . You can bask in the sun or simply enjoy nature from its terraces, read a book and admire the breathtaking views. Amenities include large swimming pool,outdoor heated 6 person jacuzzi, Outdoor dining facilities ,sun loungers and umbrellas. Separate bathroom with shower is located next to the pool . The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, reverse osmosis fresh water maker, lfridge and freezer, with ice maker, cold running drinking water. Electric hob, oven and microwave. The master bedroom at the ground floor level has en suite Jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom facing east enjoys sea views and ramla bay valley views. Third bedroom facing south on the second floor enjoys country views and towering views of the village of xaghra. It has en suite Jacuzzi bath. Fourth bedroom has also en suite bathroom, it has a large south facing balcony. The separate games room next the pool has further sleeping facilities with 4 extra single beds. The 6th bedroom is located by the pool and has a large double bed giving a total sleeping capacity of 14 persons. The lounge has a 60 inch hd led tv, with IP TV , live streaming of major international sporting events and international channels with diverse content to choose from. Fireplace in lounge for cosy winter nights. Laptop safe available to keep your valuables secure. Separate laundry room has washer dryer and two large handwash basins. There is table tennis in the games room. The villa is situated next to Calypso cave and a 20 minute walk from ramla bay. Guest access Guest will have access to all areas of the villa. Other things to note The airconditioning and jacuzzi are pay per use. They are opearted via 3 coin meters with electricity consumption being charged at cost price. If you entend to use kindly prepare euro 1 or 2 coins. You can also ask at check in to have them preloaded , to avoid the inconvenience of airconditioning or jacuzzi cutting out. Unused credit will be refunded at check out or after .
