Description
Loma Talo is a completely refurbished holiday house in the heart of Coles Bay. With a classic Tassie shack feel, it has been complemented and furnished in a retro and funky way, to ensure guests are comfortable and can enjoy this unique space. It has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom is quite spacious with plenty of cupboard space and a couch. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is medium in size. The space The living area is open plan and consists of the lounge, dining and kitchen. There is floor to ceiling windows along one whole wall in the living area which looks out onto a spacious entertainment deck, where you can enjoy outdoor dining and a BBQ is supplied. There are mountain views through the trees from the front deck. The kitchen is well equipped and has an open plan design allowing in lots of natural light. There is one bathroom, which has been renovated and is modern in design, which a large shower and basin. The toilet is separate. Loma Talo is light and bright, with fun and relaxation in mind. It is a great holiday house for a couple or family and friends. This holiday house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay close to the National Park (home to Wineglass Bay) and many other attractions. It is a short walk to shops, beaches and cafes. Take a short drive to the Freycinet National Park with walking tracks to the world-renowned and awe-inspiring beauty of Wine Glass Bay. Hop aboard a Wine Glass Bay cruise and enjoy the grandeur of the magnificent coastline line with an abundance of wildlife. Explore the majestic Cape Tourville lighthouse perched atop the high granite cliffs. A wood fire heater will keep you extra warm during winter (the fireplace can be used from May to September only). Guest access When you book this house, you are booking the whole house, it is not a shared space. Other things to note Coles Bay is a 2.5-hour drive from Hobart & 2.5 hour's drive from Launceston (if you drive down the Midland Hwy and across from Campbell town) Please be careful driving at night; as soon as the sun starts going down, the native wildlife starts to come out. It is advisable to try to be at your next destination before dark, wherever you are driving in Tasmania. Registration Details DA 2019/ 335
