Welcome to "Linden Haus," a guesthouse exclusively for one group, right in the heart of Beppu! Rediscover the charm of old Beppu on the nostalgic "Umekoen Street," where the atmosphere of the 1970s still lingers! The space Private rooms can accommodate up to 14 people. Many of our other guests have made reservations because of the large number of private rooms. In order to please our female guests, we have two washbasins in the powder room space! This will make your preparation easier! There are two toilets, a bathroom, and a shower booth in each room, so groups of guests can use these rooms consistently! There are also two washing machines, which will come in handy for student camps! The spacious living room has an island kitchen, so everyone can enjoy cooking and drinking together! 【About the surrounding area】 The area is really in the heart of the commercial district, so there is no need to worry about convenience stores and restaurants. There are so many delicious restaurants that it is difficult to introduce them all. The kimchi at the Hormone Bar next door is possibly the best in Japan! I want to buy 1kg of it. 【BBQ is available!】 BBQ is available on the premises of Hormone Bar, which is about a 1-minute walk from the restaurant. We will let you know the details after you make a reservation. ～For those who wish to have BBQ～ We do not have rental items available. Please prepare what you need. We also recommend 楽Q便, that offers on-site BBQ services where you can casually enjoy BBQ. You can leave everything to us, from delivery of ingredients and equipment, to preparation and fire-starting, to clean-up and removal after finishing! Please bring your own BBQ equipment. You can enjoy BBQ from 18:00 to 21:00. Please clean up after yourself. If there is any garbage left, an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 yen will be charged. Fireworks are not allowed. During your stay I am available anytime through Airbnb message and also, I have an assistant working in Beppu. If you need any help, please feel free to contact my assistant. Other things to note ・No one other than the person making the reservation is allowed to enter. ・The number of people entering the room is checked by the security camera at the entrance, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation. ・If it is confirmed that more people than the number of people in your reservation have entered without permission, you will be billed for the regular accommodation fee and a fine of 20,000 yen. ・If you are caught throwing cigarettes away on the ground within our vicinity, you will be fined 50000 yen. ・If we receive any complaints litter related during your stay, we will unfortunately have to ask you to vacate your room.
