Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community - Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M. - All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance - Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed - If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive - NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay - You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended - Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area - DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches.
