Just a few steps is all it takes to enter the first floor from outside into a sprawling open-concept living/kitchen/dining area with fantastic views of the lake. With two private & spacious bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower makes the first floor comfortable for single floor living. The second floor provides two additional spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom plus a master bedroom/bath. Each has a queen & twin beds. Plenty of room for families. Central air conditioning throughout the house. 5 minute drive to the Naples Causeway where you can find restaurants, shops, pizza, ice cream, marinas and all the great summer lakeside amenities for the whole family. 10 minute drive to Bridgeton with additional restaurants, shops, movie theater, hiking trails and a large grocery store.
