Once the free cancellation period has elapsed we will apply more flexible rules if your cancellation is related government enforced COVID lockdowns and travel restrictions: 1. Change your booking free of charge to a future date. This is the preferred option. If the new dates are more expensive, you pay the difference between old and new rates OR 2. Cancel your booking whereby we apply more lenient cancellation rules. We generally charge 25% (instead of the typical 50%-100% loss of monies within 30-7 days prior to arrival) with a minimum of $200 to cover our costs plus any commissions that Airbnb still charges us.
