These cameras do not look into any interior living spaces. The cameras record video and sound - The private community amenities are available for a fee with the provided tenant cards. Each tenant card provides access to one individual (ages 3+) per day. The access fee is $30/person/day ages 7+, $10/person/day ages 3-6. Children under 3 do not need a card. There is limited access to amenities for STR guests during peak periods.
