With gorgeous views of the bay, this single level 1,500 square foot cabin, is right across the street from the beach and a short walk down to the community shared dock. The space AOV has a spacious open living area with vaulted ceiling and beautiful views of Linekin Bay. It has a large TV and 2 sitting areas. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and new queen mattresses. There is a separate dining room and kitchen. There is laundry in the garage. There are window AC units and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, and central baseboard heat. Guest access There is easy no-step access and the cottage is all on a single level, although the entry door is narrow. There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Other things to note With water views, a freshwater beach, bay access and hiking trails, this is a wonderful spot for the family and for folks who like to swim. Please note that all guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
