The beach area is perfect for your boat, kayak, paddle board, or enjoying the water lakeside. The deck and patio are great for all the surrounding beauty whether inside or out. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath that opens up to a deck overlooking the lake. Another bedroom with a queen size bed, a second full bathroom, and an open living room/dining room that also opens onto the deck. We have a well-stocked kitchen with all the amenities where you can enjoy cooking for friends and family. Downstairs you will find a great place for entertaining that opens up to a large patio! There are two bedrooms downstairs with queen size beds, a trundle day bed that can make 2 twin beds, and a full bath. Enjoy watching tv, playing pool, ping pong, board games, sitting at the bar, or relaxing outside! There is plenty of room inside and out for your family or small group. You can enjoy swimming behind the house in a secluded area with a small beach, kayaking, boating, skiing, fishing, grilling, or just taking in the view while drinking your morning coffee. There's even a place to beach your boat! If you enjoy riding ATV's and UTV's, just 5 miles up the road are over 97 miles of designated and marked trails in the community of Fairfield Bay. Along with 3 golf courses, playgrounds for children.l, and walking/hiking trails. Whether you are looking for a weekend away or an extended stay, this home has it all!
