Maria is a charming villa just 1 km from Baladrar cove on Benissa’s coast. Set among Mediterranean gardens, it offers a private pool, shaded dining area with BBQ, and wide terraces. All rooms are on the upper floor: a living-dining room with A/C, fully equipped kitchen, glazed naya, balcony with views of the Peñón de Ifach, two double bedrooms (one with A/C), one twin room, a shower room and separate WC. A very nice outdoor shaded dining area with a barbecue is perfect for al fresco meals and relaxing evenings. The villa's main living space is located on the upper level, accessed by a short set of steps. The entrance leads to a charming balcony with panoramic views of the pool area and surrounding scenery. Inside, you'll find a large, comfortable lounge and dining area with satellite TV, a DVD player, and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs, and the beautiful conservatory provides an extra dining area and a large balcony with furniture, offering breathtaking views of Ifach Rock in Calpe. The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and a twin bedroom, ensuring plenty of space for the whole family. The villa also features one bathroom with a shower and WC, and an additional guest toilet. For cooler winter months, central heating is available to ensure a cozy and comfortable stay.
