The space The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to its 3 large (15mq) and tastefully decorated bedrooms (two double and a triple bedroom). There is also a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, 4 burner stove, a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, kettle, TV-sat), a convenient entrance and two large bathrooms, recently renovated, one with a large corner spa bath and the other with a sensory shower to make your stay more comfortable. The apartment is equipped with WIFI internet access, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, large balconies overlooking Via Principe Amedeo, and an interior balcony characterized by the harmonious presence of plants and flowers in where you can relax, have breakfast or simply have a coffee. All rooms are tastefully furnished in a style that combines ancient and modern to maximize your comfort. If necessary, for larger groups, we can add another single bed in the triple room, so that it becomes quadruple and the house can accommodate up to 8 people. Guest access The apartment is completely at your disposal. If your booking is for up to 4 people, you will have to choose two of the three rooms. The third room, unused, will be closed to preserve cleanliness. If you want to use all three rooms being 4 people or less, there is a 50 Euro extracost for the cost of cleaning and laundry.
