La Maison du Maire (Mayor’s house) is a luxury villa with a private pool, ideal for up to 13 persons. It is designed by the well-known architect Vassilis Panopoulos, who was inspired by the Alpes' architecture and constructed this villa to resemble to a “chalet”, with his own personal touch and love. It is situated in a private property of 5800 sq. m. (1, 4 acre), offering wonderful views to the surrounding pine-trees, olive-trees and grape gardens. The space The villa measures 310m2 and is fenced all around for your privacy. It features in total six bedrooms and six bathrooms (5 indoors and 1 outdoor). The vast outdoor space offers a private pool of 40m2 with an integrated pool for children, sunbeds, parasols and a playground. Of course, there is also a BBQ area and large outdoor dining tables. Don't miss the chance to cook your food at the wood stove! On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with a shower. There are also two bedrooms, one with two single beds (that can be joined into a double one) and one with a queen-sized bed, which also offers a private bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool. The internal stairs lead you to the first floor, where you can find four bedrooms, a shared bathroom with shower and an office. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined into a double one) and another single bed on a loft, a bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined into a double one) and a private bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. Each bedroom offers its own private balcony with views to the gardens. Guest access Guests will be welcomed in person by the host upon arrival. We will contact you a few days before your arrival, in order to arrange your welcome meeting.
