The chef's kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with a drawer full of spices and oils. Three good grocery stores and the 4.5 star New Morning Market Health Food Store are close nearby for your food shopping convenience or curb-side pickup. Most guests, however, prefer to fully enjoy their stay here, choosing instead the services of the excellent restaurants, diners, takeouts, delis, and pizza places immediately nearby. All within 0.5 mile! Yippie! You don't NEED to use the kitchen! There's ample, convenient off-street parking for you and your guests. The home has excellent high speed WIFI internet accessible throughout the house. (It's Netgear's ORBI RBK50 Tri-band Whole Home Mesh WIFI System.) There's no cable service; but, there are two Roku smart TV and a small TV/dvd player. All the bedrooms and bathrooms have door locks. Each bedroom has electric outlets at both bedsides. The downstairs bedroom has surge protected outlets. The home has new energy rated, noise reducing Andersen windows. The three upstairs bedrooms all have privacy, light blocking (child safe) cordless Roman shades. The home has central air conditioning. This property is a No smoking home. The attached garage/barn is a working artist's live/work studio with its separate road access, private entry, and parking. This home is one that you'll want to extend your stay or re-book to stay longer Guest access Guests enjoy the comfy high quality mattresses and fresh down alternative pillows in the bedrooms, lounging on the porches, the living room, and the morning room with its garden views to slowly wake up, sliding in to the morning with a hot coffee or tea, a book or BFF. The yard is available for your recreational activities and the garden usually provides fresh cut flowers during the season. There is no outdoor camping permitted by the Town of Woodbury.
