Outside there is a covered terrace with good garden furniture and an open terrace with barbecue and jacuzzi. As the plot is approx. 40,000 m² in size and the nearest neighbour is around 500 m away, you can enjoy absolute privacy and tranquillity here. After crossing the local roads, you can use the entire property right down to the sea. A small path leads to the sea and a swimming area surrounded by pine trees. This is an ideal place for fishing, where fishing competitions are organised every year from the coast.
